At Cocoa Dolce Artisan Chocolates your satisfaction is our number one priority.
We take great care to create and hand pack the freshest products possible.
We also go to great lengths to make sure that your chocolate arrives in perfect
condition. This is why we only send our products via UPS & FedEx whether the
recipient is in Hawaii or right here in Kansas.
Orders received in our system Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday prior to
12PM CST are processed and shipped the same day unless the order cannot be
delivered by Friday of the shipping week. To limit transit time, orders are
NEVER shipped over the weekend so your chocolates won’t sit in an uncontrolled
temperature environment, therefore your order will ship Monday of the following
week. Orders placed and received AFTER 12PM CST will ship the next available
ship
day.
Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Missouri Residents: your package
will be sent Monday thru Wednesday or Thursday via UPS & FedEx Ground and
will usually arrive within 1-2days after shipment. If you require an earlier
delivery,
please upgrade to Standard Overnight and your package will be guaranteed
to arrive the day after it ships (additional fee for Standard Overnight,
please see the shipping table below).
All other U.S. States: During the Cool Season (approx.
October 15th – April 30th), standard shipping orders are sent via
UPS and FedEx Ground (Monday through Wednesday). Rush orders may be sent
via Standard
Overnight
(Monday through Thursday). During the Warm Season (approx. May 1st – October
14th), all orders are sent via UPS & FedEx Ground, Monday-Wednesday (using
our state-of-the art thermal packaging when the destination is over 75°).
We are only able to ship within the U.S. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes,
APO or FPO addresses.

SPECIAL
CIRCUMSTANCES: Saturday is not a standard delivery
day and is only available in some areas at an additional cost.
Advance arrangements must be made. If you want your delivery
to arrive early in the day, then you must request Overnight
at an additional charge. To make either Saturday or
Overnight delivery requests, please call 316-866-2906.
UPS & FedEx has our permission to leave packages at
the recipient address if no one is available to sign for them. Cocoa Dolce
Artisan
Chocolates is NOT responsible
for packages that are missing, stolen or damaged after they are delivered to
the address specified by the customer.
PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK SHIPPING ADDRESSES BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER.
Cocoa Dolce cannot be responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect
or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
Order Tracking: order tracking details are sent to our customers via e-mail once
their order has shipped. This is why we encourage our customers to enter an e-mail
address when ordering with us. We will not use your e-mail address for any purpose
other than to send you tracking details or to send other information you may
request (please see our Privacy Policy).
Return Policy: If you are unsatisfied with your chocolates for any reason, simply
return them in their original packaging and we will gladly refund the cost of
the chocolates. The return policy does not apply to wedding favors as they are
a custom-made order |
